Grande Villas D-3 is a charmingly decorated 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Oceanfront condo with plenty of space for you to appreciate your home away from home. Both bedrooms have new 50" Intelligent TVs and the open floor plan makes it simple to relax with family and friends. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.

The Living Room has a new 75" intelligent TV and has direct access to a sizable, furnished deck with private calming outside each Master Bedroom with amazing vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. This villa includes a Totally Equipped Kitchen with an abundance of seating including a Dining and Conversation Area.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Sunday - Sunday. LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS less than 5 Days in Advance of Arrival, STAYS UNDER 7 NIGHTS, EARLY CHECK IN and LATE CHECK OUT are NOT allowed by the HOA.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a wonderful vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback.
