Living Area features handsome vistas, comfortable seating, and TV with premium cable channels. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience! Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV with premium cable channels, and a private full bath. Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed, TV with premium cable channels, and access to the Shared Full Bath.

Conveniences Include: 3 TVs with premium cable channels, Entirely Equipped Kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with attached ice maker, stove/oven, and toaster. Covered Deck with Furnishings.

Community Pool typically open Easter - October 10am - 10 pm

Complex units are ONLY allowed two (2) parking passes, which are numbered. Renters MUST check into the Atlantic Beach Office for these to be assigned.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
