At 34 North Vacations, we believe vacation units should feel like a true home away from home. Our properties are thoughtfully prepared, well-outfitted, and designed for real stays—not bare-bones units.

Unlike many vacation units that provide only starter supplies, we've taken care of the details for you. All linens are supplied for your stay, and you'll find full-size guest amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We've also supplied the home with beach chairs, a beach wagon, and the everyday essentials that make travel easier.

Our goal is simple: arrive, unpack, and start appreciating your vacation without worrying about making a stop at the store for basic necessities. We focus on quality over quantity, creating a more cozy, seamless experience from booking to check-out.

THE HOME

Twin Tides High offers elevated coastal living with a comfortable layout designed for families, couples, and modest groups. After a day at the beach, relax on the roomy front porch with a coastal breeze, appreciate vistas of Bogue Sound from the bedrooms, or relax in the comfortable living area.

The entirely supplied kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. While the home is well-equipped for cooking, please note that there is no dishwasher.

The second-floor location offers added privacy while remaining just a short walk from the beach and many of Atlantic Beach's most fashionable destinations.

Twin Tides High and Twin Tides Low can be rented together to accommodate up to 12 guests across the entire duplex. This unique setup is ideal for extended families, multiple families visiting together, get-togethers, wedding groups, fishing trips, and friends traveling together.

Savor the convenience of being together while still having the privacy of separate living spaces. When rented together, guests have access to two kitchens, two living areas, two bathrooms, two sizable front porches, the shared backyard and patio spaces, and all the conveniences of a bigger coastal getaway.

BOOKING POLICIES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION & PET POLICY

To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, please review the following prior to booking:

• A signed vacation rental agreement and valid government-issued photo ID are required within 48 hours of booking.

• Reservations are subject to the selected cancellation policy and will be stringently enforced. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment and will be offered after booking.

• min. occupancy is 6 guests per unit.

• A returnable damage deposit is required.

• Twin Tides welcomes up to two dogs per unit with prior host approval. All family pets must be disclosed before booking and are subject to approval, home rules, and a $199 pet fee per pet. Unauthorized pets are not allowed.

• Please contact us prior to booking if you plan to bring a pet so we can confirm eligibility and answer any questions.

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and must be present for the duration of the stay.

• No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home.

• No events, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed.

• Guests are responsible for following all local ordinances, noise regulations, and community rules during their stay.
