WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT supplied in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
• Lock your rental while you're out. Keep your property safe!
• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected everything. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property a final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
• Leave a review! Hosts rely on good reviews to propel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
