The Big Dream awaits!! Updated open concept beach home located two blocks from beach access with pretty sound vistas and private pool!! This is the dream location close to everything the beach has to offer and has direct sunset vistas! Appreciate your morning coffee on any one of the 3 decks, or make a feast for the family in the striking and entirely outfitted kitchen equipped with Jenn- Aire and Bosch appliances. The Big Dream sleeps up to 13 people comfortably in 4 bedrooms and has 2 sleeper couches with queen beds, one in the enormous Master Bedroom, ideal for the whole family to stay, and another in the downstairs additional room, great for the kids or privacy for the teens or use as an additional bedroom. So if you need to accomodate multiple families you effortlessly can! This home has it all! A grille for having fun barbeques, outdoor dining , bicycles to take around town and all the beach gear you need for those long sunfilled days at the beach and games for the nights that you just want to have some family time. The main floor living area has the extraordinary wide open living room and elegant kitchen with quartz counters and walk in pantry, 10 ft island, and kitchen nook with seating for everybody! There are 2 bedrooms and one full bath with quartz countertop on the main floor, great for those who want one floor living! The queen bedroom has sound vistas and seating for reading and the other main floor bedroom has 3 twin beds, ideal for kids ,singles or put two twins together to make a king for couples. Tons of storage options in both bedrooms as well. Lets not forget how convenient the laundry is here for all those beach towels and baithing suits. The top floor has the marvelous Master suite with its own private deck with sound vistas, ideal for the whole family! The master bath has a double vanity with quartz counters, sizable shower, watercloset and hottub tub and giant walk in closet. Equipped with a super comfortable king bed and sleeper couch, swivel chairs and tons of storage and not to mention a coffee station for your morning coffee and private deck to relax and savor the vistas. The other enormous bedroom suite on the top floor has its own private bath with quartz counters, walk in closet and 2 queen beds which can conveniently accomodate 4 people. The ground floor has the mudroom area, ideal for the fur babies to stay while you are out and about exploring and is also the way to access the outdoor shower and back yard! The additional room is on this floor as well which is great an additional bedrokm for guests or for the kids to have their own area to hang out in with a fun hanging swing chair, and sleeper couch for sleepovers or use as a 5th bedroom area. There is a half bath here that is an en-suite! And out door shower for you to appreciate! This home is equipped with WIFI and has intelligent tv in all rooms! The neighborhood is so cute and has a culdesac so kids can play safely outside and dogs can be walked comfortably. All fresh linens are supplied.
There is a $400 cleaning fee . There is a private heated pool thats 25x12 that’s 3-5 ft for the family to enjoy at the home! What more can you ask for?
