Hunt for the Finest is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath Oceanfront home, on a peaceful cul-de-sac surrounded by Live Oak trees in the McGinnis Point - Beacon's Reach community. Located in the beautiful town of Pine Knoll Shores, which is a virtual bird sanctuary at the beach. Also, just mins. away from the Aquarium and Emerald Isle, this home is so conveniently located you are just mins. to a grocery store, the post office, a video store, and even a movie theater.

This vacation home has marvelous post and beam construction with vaulted ceilings, as well as a elegant 3rd Level Living Room and Master Suite! The second Kitchen, on Ground Level, has an exterior entrance leading to the Decks and Charcoal Grille, setup ideally for entertaining. An Elevator that goes to all levels of the home. Hunt for the Best has exceptional vistas, especially from the roomy Oceanfront Deck, and is a great place to spend your next family vacation!

Guests of Hunt for the Best have use of the Community Tennis Courts and Swimming Pool at McGinnis Point. NOTE: The Community Pool is typically open May 5th - Oct 31st.

--Trash is to be set out by the road on Sunday nighttime for early pickup Monday morning.
--Parking: Parking permits or guest passes are required on all cars at all times. Parking of all cars shall be on the unit’s driveway, under the unit, or in the garage as appropriate. No cars shall be parked on the shoulder of the road. Boats, boat trailers, utility, and other work trailers, unlicensed motor cars, jet skis, recreational cars, travel trailers, campers, fifth-wheel trailers, all-terrain cars, and similar items used on land or water may not be parked on any street within Beacon’s Reach, on a driveway or yard, except in an enclosed garage or other approved parking area within Beacon’s Reach.

--Even though this is a keyless rental, guests must stop by the AB check-in office to pick up parking passes.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
