The home remodel will be complete April 28,2018. Pictures of the home will be posted at that time. The home is freshly remodeled with tile showers, granite kitchen, new furnishings. It has a sizable deck overlooking the ocean. The unit is a town home and this is the upper portion. The lower unit is also available for rent. The unit is entirely furnished. It has threes bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is completely supplied and a washer and dryer are supplied. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center.   • Summertime is the most expensive season in Atlantic Beach. To book the largest vacation home within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Morehead City attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
