Gorgeously refreshed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath half-duplex with ample parking, outdoor shower, and cozy upper and lower level decks, ideal for that morning cup of coffee or to watch the evening sunsets. Just a fast 4 min. walk to the beach access. Open floor-plan upstairs with entirely equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Sliding glass doors off of the living room and bedroom 1 onto the decks. Dining table seats 8-10. Reading nook with wooden rocking chair. TV equipped with Roku for streaming. Books and games for family fun! Electric fireplace to comfortable up on a cooler evening. Top deck has pub table with 4 enormous swivel chairs and two additional chairs for relaxation. Coffee pot and Keurig available for guest use.
