Only a 4 min. drive (.08 miles) to Bogue pier for a day of fishing or sunbathing on the beach. Come "Home" to a entirely equipped kitchen, complimentary WiFi, and TVs.

When to visit Emerald Isle & When to book:

• The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
• Property managers frequently offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.

If your property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
