Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

The I Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts and clubhouse which has a weight room. Only a short walk to the ocean and oceanfront pool!

Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher & microwave. Full Bath. 2 Color Cable TVs. DVD Player, Stereo. Answering Machine. Central AC/Heat. Stackable Washer/Dryer.

No Smoking. No Animals.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are included with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday only.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties.   • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance.   • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
