This condo is really the ideal place for a fun and calming vacation. There are great amenities including tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground and a boat ramp, located just across the street in the rest of the community area. Beach access is also just steps away for a day in the sun, or you can spend the day relaxing at the pool! A Premier Linen Package is supplied with your reservation. **Each unit is limited to two parking passes. If additional parking is needed for visitors or additional cars, parking may be available through the Beacon's Reach HOA for $50 per week. The HOA office is located at 510 Salter Path Road, off of Beacon Reach Drive. Please contact Spectrum Rental Properties for the HOA office contact information.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-No family pets allowed

-Only 2 parking passes allowed
-The Community Pool is open April 1 through October (weather permitting)
