At the base of the A building, Ginger's Café offers meals and hosts family-aligned activities during the summer. The Sports Complex offers indoor recreation including a game room and snack bar. It also has an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and exercise center. Summer Winds is a gated family friendly community with full-time security. Weekly units include linens.
