About this Property

  • 2 Bathrooms
  • Condo
  • Approximately 1150 square feet

This is a top floor, oceanfront corner unit, which means that no one will be above you and additional windows for additional brightness. There are many upgrades throughout our unit, but most importantly the view is spectacular. One of our favorite hobbies is to sit on the balcony and watch for dolphins. We have even seen whales!

The Ocean Club offers two pools and spas, a kids's pool and cabana, and a fishing pier. There is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.

Take time to appreciate Morehead city and Beaufort as well as going to Shackleford Banks to visit the wild horses. The NC aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is only 5 miles away.

With 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, a double bunk bed, and a queen sleeper, there are plenty of places to rest your head! There are great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony relax, and watch the boats and dolphins go by! Our building is equipped with an elevator.

Please call (919) 367-9963 for any questions.
Thanks

Booking the best vacation property experience:

Cost saving strategies:

  • Reserve your Morehead City vacation in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Often, property management companies supply Morehead City area visitors guides that include coupons, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Morehead City visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

How to choose and book your prefectrental:

  • Start by selecting a vacation week and a budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Ocean Club B301--Corner, Top Floor Oceanfront Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, email the property management company before reserving the rental. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds. You'll need to determine which bed configuration is right for your group.
  • Does your family require unique amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or applied to your invoice.

Tips for a wonderful stay:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental. Put the manager's information in your smartphone.
  • Document any issues with the property at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are beneficial if a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent lots of difficulties.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often an incredible source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental while you're out and about. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property a final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to propel new bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review find their best rental home. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
