Our bespoke and roomy home is located in a peaceful neighborhood giving you a private getaway that is mins. from everything. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a long driveway, giving plenty of options for parking.

CasaVerde is a 3 min. walk through the neighborhood (not on busy roads) to the a public beach access. Our home is in Emerald Isle town center where you will find bars, eateries, shopping, a movie theater, mini golf, go-karting, water park, the grocery store and Bogue Inlet Pier.

Bring your bicycles and ride on the bicycle path that stretches the length of Emerald Isle. After a day at the beach savor a fun game of pool in the game room, then relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit.

Want to discover the area? Swansboro, Morehead City, and Beaufort are all simple drives and are fun to discover. Hammocks Beach State Park, the NC Aquarium and Fort Macon offer great activities for the whole family. Emerald Isle Woods Park is 1.5 miles away and offers hiking trails and disc-golf.

The extravagant master bedroom features a king bed, intelligent-TV, walk-in closet, soaking tub, opulent shower with dual showerheads and direct access to the screened in porch with the hot tub. The second bedroom accommodates 4 guests with two queen-size beds and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom can accommodate up to 5 guests with full over full bunk beds and a single trundle bed, and offers a intelligent-TV.
