The top level showcases a roomy, open-concept kitchen completely outfitted for entertaining, with a huge island, natural stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, two fridges, a pellet ice machine, and a tankless water heater. The dining and living areas open onto a furnished covered porch, where you can appreciate impressive sunrises and ocean breezes.

Unwind by the pool or on the stretch of beach just beyond. The ground-level interior hallway includes a full bathroom and mini refrigerator for painless access from the pool area.
