Welcome to Surf + Soul — a luxury coastal getaway where adventure, restoration, and togetherness meet, just 950 feet from the Atlantic on North Carolina’s Crystal Coast. With 4 bedrooms, 3 en-suites, 2 living spaces, a vast upper floor deck, an indoor gym, and a marvelous outdoor area with private pool and spa, there’s plenty of room to gather your favorite people and 4-legged friends for a vacation you won’t forget.

PLEASE NOTE: Your booking is not final until the signed rental agreement has been returned. The pool is heated from April through October. Additional details are outlined below.

The stairs by the side of the home lead you straight up to the deck - one of many phenomenal hangout spaces at Surf + Soul! Take a book and curl up on the shaded daybed, start your morning with your favorite yoga routine, and spend evenings chatting by the fire as the sun sets in front of the home.

The deck leads you to the screened porch with an 8-seat dining table and 2 hanging chairs - just walk right out from the kitchen and sit back with that first cup of coffee in the morning.

Inside, you enter the open main living space – a bright, welcoming space designed for connection. The living room has a enormous sectional, a 65” Roku Intelligent TV, a fireplace, and a shuffleboard - a ideal place to catch up with adored ones.

The dining table seats 8 people, and the huge kitchen island has 4 additional bar seats. The completely supplied kitchen makes home cooking simple with high-end appliances, an induction cooktop, and ceramic Caraway cookware for clean, painless cooking. Plus, the open layout accepts for the chefs in the group to socialize while preparing meals! Your four-legged family members are welcome here too - we have dog food bowls, an additional leash, and some toys for your pup.

The hallway leads you to the three upstairs bedrooms. All bedrooms at Surf + Soul have a Roku Intelligent TV and bedside charging stations and come with complimentary bath products. Be sure to stop at the Emerald Isle Bucket List and see how many boxes you can check off by the end of your stay! A laundry closet with washer and dryer is also tucked along the hallway for added convenience.

Down the hallway, you will find the Shoreline King Suite and the Saltwater + Sunsets Queen Suite, both with full en-suite bathrooms and splendid walk-in, tiled showers with luxury fixtures. At the back of the hallway is the broad Oyster King Suite complete with an office area, full bathroom with double vanity, and private balcony overlooking the pool area.

This level is also home to the Seashell Queen Suite, a roomy fourth bedroom with two queen beds, ideal for kids, another couple, or guests who appreciate a little additional privacy. Just outside the suite is an adjacent full bath with a tiled shower/tub combo and fresh fixtures, offering the same thoughtful comfort found throughout the home.

If movement is part of your ideal hideaway, head into the garage gym for a workout. This is not your typical rental gym — it’s a thoughtfully outfitted training space for everything from strength work to conditioning or a fast sweat before the beach. And when you’re done, recovery is just steps away. The gym includes complimentary weights and kettle bells, an exercise bicycle, a rowing machine, an additional refrigerator for easy access to cold drinks and a TV so you can put on your favorite online workout class!

Step outside the sliding doors from the lounge and settle into your own backyard getaway. Move between the pool, spa, and cold plunge, or relax in the shade after rinsing off in the outdoor shower. You can even draw the curtains for additional shade, creating a true luxury spa feel. Whether it’s a casual cookout on the grille or a slow afternoon in the sun, this space is designed to help you relax.

— OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE —

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement to review within 24 hours. Once this agreement is electronically signed, your booking will be finalized.

PARKING: Ample parking is included in the driveway for four or more cars. Please note that parking in the garage is stringently prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your stay. Parking on Periwinkle Drive or neighboring streets is also not allowed.

FAMILY PETS: Up to two housebroken, non-aggressive dogs, each weighing 50b or less, are welcome at Surf + Soul. You are required to disclose the breed, age and weight of each dog and to clean up after your family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). You must also follow numerous ‘common sense’ home rules shared in our rental agreement (e.g. not allowed on furnishings or in pool/spa, etc.). Additional pet costs apply.

POOL: The 14' x 28' saltwater pool is maintained at a minimum temperature of 82 degF at no additional charge from April through October.

GOLF CART: There is a 4-seater golf cart supplied in your rental at no additional charge. You must follow the Town of Emerald Isle’s rules and regulations at all times when operating the golf cart. You are responsible for any and all damages resulting from your use of the golf cart.

BICYCLES: Access to 4 Jamis Taxi beach cruiser bicycles is supplied in your rental at no additional charge. There are two sets of ‘his and her’ adult bicycles.

WHOLE HOME GAS: The propane gas tank supports the fireplace, tankless hot water heater, grille and fire table. The tankless water heater means you’ll never run out of hot water!

SECURITY CAMERAS/NOISE DETECTION: There are 3 exterior cameras on the property for guest safety – one at the first floor garage door, one at the second floor entry door and one under the front deck facing the driveway. There is also one noise detection devices on the property located inside in the main living area.
