License to Chill is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, nearly oceanfront home located in Emerald Isle! Your whole family will have a License to Chill on the beach all day with the public beach access located right across the street or in the Private Pool. Pool may be heated for $650/week + tax; if temperature is below 55 degrees, pool heat pump will not work. After Chillin' on the beach all day, relax, and take in a sunset from the outdoor decks with deck furnishings. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience!

Level One: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with a Intelligent TV. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed with a Intelligent TV. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed with a Intelligent TV. Master Bedroom #4 has a King Bed with a Temperpedic Mattress and a Intelligent TV. Living Area has a Intelligent TV, a Queen Sleeper Couch, and a Blu-Ray DVD Player.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in Emerald Isle. To book the best vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Morehead City restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.
