This nearly oceanfront home grants close beach access and pretty vistas all while taking in the salty ocean air. Plus, there's a private pool for fun in the sun without leaving the home! Not to mention it is only a 3 min. walk from this home to the beach!

Total linens includes: 1 King, 3 Queens, and 1 Queen Sleeper Couch (Linens are NOT supplied for Sleeper Couch).

Additional Conveniences Include: Private Pool (Pool Heated for an additional fee), Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Private Elevator, Recreational Game Room with Ping-Pong Table, High-speed Wireless Internet, 3 Intelligent TVs with Netflix, Hulu & Roku Streaming capabilities, Outdoor Stereo System, Enclosed Yard, Covered Decks, Outdoor Decks, Deck Furnishings, Deck Swings, garage, Covered Parking, Ceiling Fans, Water Treatment System, Interior Washer/Dryer, Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge, Microwave, and Dishwasher. (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
