Visions South is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Oceanview Home, located on a peaceful side street, with a short walk to the beach access. This is the ideal place to vacation with your family, each bedroom has their own Deck Access accepting for more space to relax. High Speed Wireless Internet Included! Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, a full-bath and a covered patio. Hot & Cold Outside Shower. Level One: Bedroom #2 has a King bed, a full-bath and a covered balcony. Bedroom #3 has a Twin bed w/trundle and a covered balcony. Bedroom #4 has a Double/Twin bunk set and a balcony. (bedrooms #3 and #4 share a bath). Level Two: Living & Dining Area have open oceanview decks. Living Area has a Flat Screen TV. The Kitchen includes an island snack bar area for additional seating. There is also a half-bath conveniently available on this level. Additional Conveniences: 3 Flat Screen TVs, 1 Stereo/CD Player; Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Open & Covered Decks, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Charcoal Grille. Board Games for family entertainment! Appreciate the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility within walking distance to Visions South! Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
