Rents Weekly only Sunday - Sunday. LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS less than 5 Days in Advance of Arrival and/or STAYS UNDER 7 NIGHTS are NOT allowed by the HOA.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
