**Currently, we do have a very nice, wide ocean view off to our left. This view could be impacted by the new development under construction next door. There is the potential for daytime noise from our balcony. This noise should be minimal while enjoying the oceanside pool or hot tub. There is a second pool and hot tub on the soundside as well. Both pools have bathroom facilitilies under their close by condo building.
About the Area
Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is near the beach. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
