Ground Level: Covered Parking, Outdoor Shower, and Entry Way

Level One: On this level, you will find 3 Bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a view of the private pool with a queen bed, TV, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #2 has delightful vistas of the Atlantic Ocean with a queen bed, TV, DVD player, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #3 is a very roomy master bedroom with a king bed, Intelligent TV, and private bathroom. Each room has its own private balcony where you can appreciate great vistas of the ocean and the sound! The huge-capacity washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level near the bedrooms.

Level Two: On this level, you will find Bedroom #4, the 2nd master bedroom equipped with a king bed, Intelligent TV, and private bathroom.

Level Three: On this level, you will find an open-concept floor plan including the kitchen, living area, and dining area with expansive vistas of the ocean and the sound. The full gourmet kitchen has porcelain countertops, bespoke cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an island that includes additional seating for 4 - ideal for preparing family meals. Off the kitchen, there is a sizable deck equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy great seafood while overlooking the ocean. A half bath with a new vanity is also located near the kitchen. The dining room has seating for eight with handsome vistas of the ocean and sound. In the huge living area, you will find a enormous Intelligent TV with Roku Remote, BluRay Player, surround sound, and a game/poker table for some friendly competition.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
