Sand Castle Cottage is an oceanside home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This home is located in Emerald Isle which gives you access to all the Crystal Coast has to offer! Including Emerald Isle and is a short drive from historic Beaufort and Swansboro. This cozy cedar shake bungalow has spectacular privacy and is located close to a beach access. The entire bungalow has been restored and refreshed with all new appliances, floor and has new bathroom setups!

Ground Floor: Full Kitchen, Full Bath, Gameroom with Foosball Table and Futon (Linens are not included for Futon).

Conveniences include: Highspeed Wireless Internet, 4 Intelligent TVs, 2 Entirely Equipped Kitchens with 2 Coffee makers, 2 Ovens, 2 Refrigerators (One with attached Ice Maker), 2 Microwaves, 1 Dishwasher, Toaster Oven and a Blender. Outdoor Deck with Deck Furnishings, Enclosed Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower with Dressing Area, Interior Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Covered parking, Recreation/Game Room with Foosball table, Fish Cleaning Station, and Bicycles.

NO Smoking. DOGS ACCEPTED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Units Only; Monthly Units Not Supplied); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. Third pet allowed with a charge of an additional fee of $350.

Rents Weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay (off-season only).

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
