This well-appointed home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements: Queen • Queen • Queen • Bunk Bed, Single.

The home features wood floors throughout the main living areas and bedrooms, with charmingly tiled bathrooms. Savor Wi-Fi throughout the home. Families will savor the full-size crib, booster seat and infant gate.


Ground Level
Rec Room: Kick back and relax in this comfortable space with a flat-screen TV, stereo system, and a cozy couch and chairs.


Middle Level (Main Living Space)
The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings and huge sliding glass doors topped by an arched window to let in the natural light.

Kitchen: The entirely equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, an island with breakfast bar seating, and stainless-steel appliances, including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, double sink, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven, and blender.

Dining Area: Enjoy meals at the dining table (seats 6) or grab a fast bite at the breakfast bar (seats 3).

Great Room: With plush couches, chairs and an ottoman, there’s plenty of room for everybody to relax. Watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or step outside onto the furnished deck.

Laundry Nook: A convenient laundry area is located off the kitchen, including washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Private Pool: Unwind by the 15’ x 30’ chlorine pool, exclusive to the west side, with plenty of seating. Fire up the charcoal grille for a poolside meal. (Note: The pool cannot be heated.)

Decks: Enjoy the furnished deck off the great room and the sun deck from the top floor bedroom.

Outdoor Shower: Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a convenient dressing area.
