The Ocean Club Resort resonates with southern appeal. Constructed in the Charlestonian style of architecture, the open living space of the villas harmonizes with the excellent maritime environment. All villas have entirely equipped kitchens, 1-2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washers/dryers and balconies. As the coastal destination resort, The Ocean Club offers every amenities. Your rental includes access to a community lounge, exercise center, and modest game room. Access to the soundside fishing pier and launch areas for kayaks and paddleboards is also available. Grilling is just a few steps away via community park grille access. Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and kids's pool, there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.

Ocean Club B 303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Oceanfront Condo, overlooking the elegant Atlantic Ocean! This gorgeously decorated condo has great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony, relax and watch the boats go by on your rocking chairs! Each building is equipped with an elevator. B 303 also has high speed, wireless internet access and an answering machine for your convenience. The Master Bedroom #1 has a King bed, TV, DVD Player and Private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, TV and DVD Player. The Den also has a day bed with a Twin Trundle.

Additional Conveniences Include: 4 HDTVs, 1 Blu-Ray Player, 4 DVD Players, Netflix, CD Player located in the Living Room, Margaritaville frozen Margarita Maker, Nintendo Wii with multiple games, Access to Beach Chairs and Umbrellas along with Beach Toys located in storage.

Linens and Towels supplied with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. Note: Please bring your own crib sheets, they are not included with linen package.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
