Panoramic, unobstructed ocean vistas from the deck, living room, and master! Home literally sits atop the dunes so that you can run back and forth to the home for food, drinks, etc. Wide, partially covered deck for appreciating the marvelous vistas - even when it rains. Quiet section of beach that you very often have to yourself outside of peak.

Level One: Living area with ocean vistas and deck access, Dining Area with seating for six, Kitchen with bar seating for three, and Bedroom #1 has a King Bed

Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed & Twin Bed, and Bedroom #4 has a King Bed, ocean vistas and deck access.

Conveniences: 3 TVs, DVD player, Wood Floors, Outdoor Decks, Outdoor Shower, & Gas Grille.

In 2025 Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with a Pet Fee of $100 + tax per dog. In 2026 Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with a Pet Fee of $150 + tax per dog. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Sunday - Sunday.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
