Downstairs, the garage hangout is ready for rainy days or tournament nights—ping pong, big-screen TV, and its own A/C mini split. Outside, you’ll find a private pool with loungers, a completely enclosed outdoor bathroom, a hammock for lazy afternoons, and your own fire pit for s’mores under the stars.

Grab a kayak or paddleboard and cruise the creek—or load up the supplied golf cart and head just mins. away to beach access with golf cart parking.
