When to visit & When to book:

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Morehead City restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
• Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything at departure. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
