Welcome to Summer Winds Sports Condo Complex located in the cozy fishing village of Salter Path (next to Emerald Isle). Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members of your event! Summer Winds has both direct oceanfront & oceanfront condos only!

The C Building features an Internet Cafe with Wireless Internet Access. Ground-level roomy conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a marvelous beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds 421 is a Direct Oceanfront Condo. Kitchen Area has microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has Queen Bed, bath & private deck access. Bedroom #2 has two Twin Beds. Bedroom #3 has a Daybed with a Trundle. Shared bath. Central Heat & Air. 2 Color Cable TVs, a DVD Player, a Stereo, and a Washer/Dryer.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

No Smoking. No Family Animals.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay, off-season only.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
