Summer Winds C-222 is a gorgeously decorated Direct Oceanfront Corner Condo that sleeps 8. 180 degree vistas. Upscale furnishings and paintings, Italian ceramic tiles in all rooms and bathrooms. Living Area has surround decks with pool & ocean vistas. Substantial Dining Area with oceanfront deck and outdoor furnishings including lounge chairs & ottoman, table and 4 chairs! Kitchen/Bar Area has microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has King Bed, private bath & private deck access. Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed and private bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen. Bedroom #4 has two Twins. Bedroom #3 and #4 have a shared bath. Central Heat & Air. 5 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player, CD Player. Washer/Dryer.

NOTE: On Units 120, 135, 222, 235, 301, 331 420, 442: Balcony has shoring posts installed until permanent repairs can be made to the fascia. No more than 5 people on the balcony at a time until shoring posts are removed. All units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

• Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
