Summer Winds C-128 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, Oceanfront Condo. The Living Area has pool and ocean vistas. Oceanfront deck has furnishings. Ground Level, walk right out to the pool or beach. Kitchen has a microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom #1 has a Foam Mattress Queen Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed and a Full Bath. 2 New Intelligent TVs, 2 DVD/TV combos in bedrooms. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Dishwasher. Microwave.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summertime is high season in Indian Beach. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
• Find a copy of your local Morehead City area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines contain coupons for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

• Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
