The home is a brand new just constructed coastal haven, featuring soaring high cathedral ceilings, gorgeous fell timber, a giant gourmet kitchen and fresh fun decor. Everything is conveniently accessible from the ground floor breezeway elevator. Hop inside and it will take you to the main floor where you will find an open floor plan that flows for ease of movement and comfort, featuring a living room with fireplace and a chef’s kitchen. Appreciate ample seating for the whole crew at a countertop, enormous wooden dining table, as well as couches and chairs a plenty.. Through the towering glass doors and windows you will find outdoor decks with ample seating that overlook the sound
Also on the main floor (second) there are three bedrooms all with king beds.
The primary king bedroom has a ensuite bathroom and the two other kings share a luxury bath right outside their door.
Up the stairs to the third floor you will find another living room area complete with a sizable screen tv and couches for the kiddos to spend sometime away from the adults. Additionally there are two more bedrooms up there one featuring another King bed and the other with two twins, both sharing another luxury bathroom outside their doors.
