Kitchen: completely outfitted (pots, pans, baking dishes, waffle maker, silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses) Keurig and drip coffee maker, slow cooker, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove. Kitchen is newly refreshed with stainless steel appliances, granite, counter tops and backsplash.

HERE’S WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS PROPERTY:

THE LOCATION: Ocean Club is the ideal place for a private escape. Located between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle, you'll savor the simple life in Indian Beach. Unwind on pristine and peaceful beaches, kayak on the sound, and have some fun at the top-rated mini golf-course right down the road. The best thing is that you're a fast 4-min. drive to Emerald Isle or a 10-min. ride to Atlantic Beach. There is so much to do from this comfortable condo, yet it's so painless to slip away.

THE VIEW: It's a slice of heaven! You'll be greeted by a breath-taking, expansive view of the sand and sea. It feels like you're right on the beach. Parlor on the huge, 27-foot balcony and listen to the waves roll-in. Dunes span between E-building condo balconies and the sand, with no walkways or pool area obstructing your view. Dolphins are frequently seen playing in the water.

THE PROXIMITY!!: E-building has exceptional vistas and super simple access to the beach and pool (see map). With only 2 beach and pool access ramps, E-building is as close to the access points as you can get. This makes rounding-up the kids or coming in for a quick snack easy! The unit is close to the elevator and covered + uncovered parking spaces. Oh, and did we mention there is a private storage closet so you can drop your beach trolley on the bottom floor... no need to lug all those sandy items upstairs!

THE SPACE: Plenty of room for 5-6 guests, no matter the age. The entirely-supplied kitchen has been freshly updated with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a new dining table. The living room features a new LAZY-BOY sectional and recliner, so kick-up your feet and relax with a good movie. The unit has been serenely decorated with coastal décor for a worry-complimentary beach hideaway!

THE COMPLEX: The Ocean Club has so much to offer! Pool, kiddy pool, hot tubs, exercise room, and direct beach access. We are located on the ocean side, but don’t forget to check out the sound side! Sound side is just across the street and features a freshly constructed long-pier, enormous decks over the sound, kayak access and storage, another pool and hot tub, and tons of shady trees and nature.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Indian Beach. To get the best rental for your budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Morehead City attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.

  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself.
