Point Emerald Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex in the secluded western end of the island called ¡¡The Point¡¡. This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only mins. from shopping and eateries, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for simple beach access. Sorry, no elevator in B Building!

B-201 Point Emerald is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Almost Oceanfront Condo. (Onlyl 1 building from the ocean). Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Couch and a covered deck with table & chairs. Dining Area. Kitchen/bar Area has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and deck. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Hall Bath. Central Heat & Air.

  • In the Morehead City area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Emerald Isle. To find the largest rental for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Morehead City attractions and restaurants.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Look for your local Morehead City area magazine when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
