These condominiums offer great amenities that the whole family can appreciate! You will have access to the outside swimming pool (open during the season), tennis courts, outside grilles, and outside showers. Let’s not forget the great vistas you will see staying at Pier Pointe condominiums, You will see alluring vistas of the ocean and the sound. You can also take advantage of the oceanfront walkways with covered seating overlooking the ocean. Each building is 3 stories with 6 condos per building. No elevators.

1B-3 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Third Floor Oceanfront Condo.

Total bed count: 1 Queen, 1 Double/Twin Bunk with Twin Trundle.

Linens and towels supplied (weekly stays only).

No Smoking. No Animals.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. 3-nighttime units are available when booked off-season only.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
