Savor shuffleboard and a swimming pool with simple access via boardwalk to the beach. 9A1 Ocean Reef is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo located on Level One. Covered oceanfront deck with deck furnishings.

Additional Conveniences: High-Speed Wireless Internet, 3 Flat-Panel TVs, 1 DVD Player. Totally Equipped Kitchen with Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with Attached Icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and Blender! Fireplace that can be used year-round. Interior Washer/Dryer, Hot Outdoor Shower, Covered Deck with Deck Furnishings, Deck Swings, and Ceiling fans in unit!

Complex has Pool, Basketball and Shuffleboard Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday only. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay (off-season only).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
