Pier Pointe 6A1 comes with a beach-side covered deck with Adirondack chairs and snack tables - to make things even more convenient, the deck is accessed directly from the living area. There is also a street-side deck with the same seating options, so you have plenty of options to choose from!

The condo has a dining area and a kitchen with everything you'll need including two complete sets of flatware and serving silverware!

Master Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Element 24-inch ROKU Intelligent LED TV, full bathroom with an additional-huge hottub tub, separate stall shower and two-sink vanity.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and an Element 24-inch ROKU Intelligent LED TV. This room has access to a full bathroom in the hallway with a stall shower.

You will have access to the outdoor swimming pool (open during the season), tennis courts, outside grilles, outside showers, and turtle friendly outdoor lighting. Let's not forget about the striking vistas you will take in throughout your vacation. You'll be able to see both the ocean and the sound from the complex and you can take advantage of the convenient oceanfront walkways with covered seating available that overlook the ocean. Each building at Pier Pointe is 3 stories high and contains 6 units. Please note that elevators are not available at this location.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
