This gem of a beach home is one row back from the ocean and just steps to the sand. We have virtual tour available on this page so you can "walk" it through!

4 bedrooms (K, Q/T, K, K) and 4 full bathrooms = everybody is happy. Sleeps 9 plus toddler bed plus pack n play, so really sleeps 11 including tots.

LIVING/KITCHEN/BALCONY
Top floor "reverse floor plan" features your open kitchen / dining / living space that opens up to the wide ocean viewing balcony to take it all in. Unwind in your swivel and gliding pair of arm chairs while you have your coffee (or Margarita) and watch the dolphins on the ocean horizon (for real! They do it all the time!)

Elevator:
Skip the lugging of your belongings up the stairs and load up the indoor elevator that services all 3 floors.

Beach time:
Grab one of our 10 beach chairs, a towel, and whatever beverages will keep you cool, and venture one block down to your walkway to the ocean. After your day of heaven, wash your sand off and exhale in our zen-like outside shower stall. Nothing more calming.

Dining:
Walk less than 2 blocks away to the Hang 10 Donut shop (coffee is delicious too), Bahia, Crabs Claw, or the Idle Hour Beer Garden, or even Sunset Slush Ice cream parlour for life changing dining experiences. You won't need to drive anywhere, it's all two blocks away.
