There’s a private in ground pool Oceanside just steps to the beach. There are beach loungers around the pool area and beach chairs you can use to take to the beach. Beach towels are supplied as well. The outdoor hot and cold shower is a convenient place to wash off the sand after a day on the beach, making this a ideal escape for the whole family.

Ground level: garage accepting two cars parked in tandem. An additional refrigerator is available to store groceries. The elevator is accessible on this level accepting painless access to residents with limited mobility. Beach chairs are stored on this level.

Level one: bedroom #1 is a master suite with a queen bed and private bath. Bedroom #2 and bedroom #3 have a twin over full size bunk beds and a shared full bath. Both bedrooms #2 and #3 have a covered oceanfront deck.

Level two: the open living room and kitchen have to separate dining areas that flow gorgeously making entertaining a breeze. The light and airy decor create a calming space, accented with sizable windows and covered oceanfront deck access that accepts simple mixing and mingling in and outside of the home. The kitchen is entirely equipped and has a working island and breakfast bar with plenty of counter space and comfortable stools.

Level three: bedroom #4 has a king bed and full private bath with oceanfront covered deck. Bedroom #5 has queen bed with private full bath.

All bedrooms have intelligent tv’s with cable.
