We hope you will find our home to be comfortable & calming – “just like home”. We have put many things into this home to make it very enchanting & a place you want to come back to every year. Just a short walk to the beach access (1 block) will get your toes in the sand in no time! After a long day on the beach, take a walk down to the point to see the most gorgeous sunsets.

The open floor plan gives you plenty of room for entertaining and spending all your waking hours with family and friends, additional pub table for playing games or working a puzzle and a enormous kitchen for cooking. Our bedrooms have names to make it a fun place to remember where everybody sleeps – LOL! Ocean Break is the king master with double sinks & a walk-in tiled shower. Flo’s room (name derived after a Flamingo) has a queen bed, master bath attached, double sinks & a tub/shower inset. Want a peaceful peaceful ambiance? Go to The Palm room for that serine feeling. Sheer white drapes adorn this queen bedroom giving you the feel of being in the islands with the wind blowing. Our Tiki Room is the most colorful and ideal for kids. Flamingo Point is just mins. from all Emerald Isle has to offer with many types of eateries, bicycle trails, and other fun activities for the whole family to savor.

When to visit & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To book the best rental home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Morehead City attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
