We are the west side of a duplex, and our side faces is the end of the culdesac so your vistas of the ocean are unrestricted from all rooms and decks with. There is no shared deck or living space just the stairs in and path to beach. Other half is not a rental and often not occupied, but even if it is, we rarely cross paths with people there.

Kitchen is well-supplied featuring: Stainless Fridge, Stove & Dishwasher, Stainless Calphalon Pots and Pans, Ninja Single Cup or Pot Coffee Maker, Ninja Blender for your smoothies (or margaritas!), water filter, microwave, toaster, cookware and dinnerware, basic spices, oil, condiments. We believe you should have everything you need to prepare throughout your stay and to serve up a handsome spread to appreciate with ocean vistas from the farmhouse table inside or outdoor dining table on the deck. (We also believe that eating out every day is OK too!)

Savor the beach life and travel lighter with a variety of supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach towels. The A/C works great and there are fans throughout to make it comfortable inside all the time.

Two outdoor showers: One as you come off the sand for a fast rinse, and then a full outdoor private shower with hot water, beneath the home.

Grille and BBQ tool kit for all those impressive "catches of the day" (propane should be there but cannot be guaranteed).

Located on a cul-de-sac, there is plenty of space out front for parking as well as safe place for kids to run and play.

We provide the basics to get your stay started: coffee, tea, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and soap.

We are a 20 min. bicycle or 5 min. drive from local eateries, the pier, mini golf, a water park, the supermarket coffee stores, wine market and more. But with vistas like this, you probably won't want to leave! Rent a golf cart for a fun way to savor driving around. Set up your own picnic on the beach every day.

In the winter, watch dolphins jump through the waves right from the back porch or ocean view windows!

In the summer, enjoy a beach that never gets overcrowded and steps from your home to the sand. Bring all your stuff and just leave it for the day. It's basically your private beach!

In the spring/fall/winter, enjoy some of the best fishing and sunset vistas in the area right from the surf out your backdoor and the hidden gems of North Carolina beaches that are magnificant all -year long.
