Your rental includes access to a community lounge, exercise center, and modest game room. Access to the soundside fishing pier and launch areas for kayaks and paddleboards is also available. Grilling is just a few steps away via community park grille access. Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and kids's pool, there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.

Ocean Club J101 is a first-floor, nearly-oceanfront condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. There are TVs for your entertainment as well as some cable channels. Appreciate the convenience of in-unit laundry so you won't have to travel far to make sure you've got dry beach towels for tomorrow! The entirely-equipped kitchen includes an oven, a refrigerator with an attached ice maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

Bedroom #1 with a King Bed, TV, and Private Bath. Bedroom #2 with a Queen Bed, TV, and access to the Shared Bath. Bonus Room with 2 Twins.

Note: This condominium is on the first floor. The view may vary from season to season due to foliage, storms or natural dune movement. Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

About the Area

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as scuba diving and other activities like golfing.
