It features 6 bedrooms (including two separate master suites), 6 baths, 3 separate family/tv areas (great for when the kids want to watch their own movies and ground floor playroom has a couch pull out queen bed so can serve as 7th bedroom), a cavernous oceanfront family room and adjoining roomy dining room for your family gatherings, and a fantastic deck for appreciating the dunes and ocean vistas

The bungalow is equipped with high speed internet , wireless internet, a 55 inch OLED 4K UHD Intelligent Tizen TV in the first floor family room, a 32 inch Intelligent TV in the second floor family room and 42 inch OLED HD Intelligent TV in ground floor playroom. Each of the bedrooms have a 10 inch tablet for your entertainment convenience. There is ample outdoor parking for up to 5 cars.

The first floor exterior features a huge covered beach side porch and sun deck with dining table, dining chairs and rocking chairs ideal for enjoying that first cup of coffee in the morning and for calming sunset dinners or late nighttime drinks. While you are relaxing on the deck, the kids can play in the swings, swinging bench or hammock below.
