The property is located within the gorgeous Ocean Club community in Indian Beach, NC. Indian Beach, dubbed the “Hidden Gem of the Crystal Coast”, is centered between the more well-known towns of Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle on Bogue Banks Island. Choosing Indian Beach means you will have the convenience of the shopping and dining amenities of the bigger towns on the island, while being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the beach hordes.

The Ocean Club itself is a resort-feel community lush with live oaks, palms, native habitat, and pristine beach. The property uniquely features access to both the sound and the ocean. It is located on the narrowest part of the island, so even the sound-side condos are only a 3 min. walk to the beach. A community shuttle between the sound and ocean sides provides even greater convenience. As a guest of the condo, you'll have access to the community amenities on both the ocean and sound sides, including two shining swimming pools with hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a exercise center and clubhouse, Bar-B-Que areas, sound side pier with fishing cleaning station & kayak access (2 kayaks supplied), and beach access with a generous beach deck with outdoor shower.

Inside of the condo, you will find a delightfully appointed, open concept living space that will instantly bring you a feeling of relaxing relaxation. High ceilings and huge windows give the space a light and airy feel. The kitchen is completely equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and all the amenities you need to prepare and serve delicious meals.

The condo features a roomy master bedroom with a extravagant king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms, each with adult-capacity queen bunk beds to ensure everybody gets a comfortable nighttime’s rest, along with a second full bathroom and convenient in-unit laundry. The condo has been thoughtfully appointed with some of the amenities of home: bedroom TVs, fans, high chair, booster seat, kids's books, games and puzzles.

Ocean Club Policies (please review these policies before booking):
- Parking: Limited to two cars; parking is available under the units or in the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Passes are supplied at check-in. There is modest gravel lot on the property but it is first come first served with only 3-4 parking spots available. Lost parking passe is $75 fee.
- NO Smoking, NO family pets, and NO events
- Keyless entry: Code included 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Conveniences access: Key card required, $250 fee for lost cards.
