On the Ground Level, you will find the Game Room & Den with a TV and Pool Table; Bedroom #1 with a King Bed; a Full Shared Bath; and Outdoor Patio Access. There is also a Full Kitchen on this level equipped with a Stove/Oven, Fridge with Attached Icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Coffee Maker.

On Level One, you can find the Living Room with enough seating to entertain everybody in the family and equipped with a TV, DVD Player, Deck Access, and access to a Full Bath. The open concept Living Area opens up into the Dining Room with enough seating for the entire family. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
