Welcome to Beau Coastal, a casual coastal bungalow in Beau Coast, one of Beaufort’s most adored resort communities. Just mins. from historic downtown Beaufort, this thoughtfully designed home offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal appeal.

The bright, open-concept living area is warm and welcoming, with natural light, modern coastal touches, and plenty of space to relax together after a day exploring town or appreciating the water. The completely equipped kitchen has generous counter space and everything you need for simple breakfasts, beach snacks, or family dinners at home.

Sleeping & Bath Layout:
Primary Suite: King bed with en-suite bathroom and walk-in tiled shower
Guest Bedroom: Two queen beds
Bunk Room: Twin-over-full pyramid bunk beds, great for kids or additional guests
Guest Bathroom: Shared full bath

Outside, appreciate the side patio for morning coffee or a peaceful evening wind-down. Grab the two bicycles and go! Cruise down Front Street along the water and watch for wild horses, or head into town for a coffee or mid-day shop!

Guests also have access to Beau Coast’s resort-style amenities, including the community pool, pickleball courts, exercise center, and dog park. A golf cart is included with your stay for painless neighborhood cruising and trips into downtown Beaufort. A signed waiver is required prior to arrival.

Guests will have full private access to the home, including all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor patio. Parking is available for standard cars, and self check-in makes arrival simple and seamless.

Before your stay, you’ll receive helpful messages with everything you need to know. On the morning of arrival, I’ll text your check-in details along with a bespoke guest guide filled with local favorites to help you make the most of your time in Beaufort. I’m always available if needed, while still giving you plenty of space to relax and savor your stay.

Beau Coastal is located in the heart of Beau Coast, a handsome pastel-colored community known for its walkability, welcoming feel, and easy access to Beaufort’s waterfront, stores, eateries, and boat tours along Taylor’s Creek. It’s a peaceful setting that still keeps you close to everything.

Keep it comfortable, not crazy! We ask that there be no events or enormous gatherings to ensure a calming stay for everybody.

Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

Furry friends are welcome on REQUEST! But please keep family pets off the furnishings so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests. Dogs MUST be crated when you leave the home. Thank you!
