The ground floor features a bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath. It’s where you will find the garage, too, with bicycles for heading downtown or cruising to the community pool for a dip, to the exercise center, or to “Traders” for a meal-to-go! Upstairs, you’re greeted by a bright, open-concept living space with a balcony off the living room. The gourmet kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, great for entertaining or calming after a day of adventure. Up the final flight, find two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with bunk beds — a full and a twin. Each bedroom features an en suite bath with modern fixtures and a spa-like feel to ensure a restful stay.

Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no events or enormous gatherings to ensure a relaxing stay for everybody.

Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

Furry friends are welcome once approved. But please keep family pets off the furnishings so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests.

Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays fun for everybody.

Please also be sure to clean the grille after use.
