Empty lot to the east and older retired couple to the west create a peaceful environment on a dead-end road while being only blocks away from many of the top local attractions. Certain times of the year you basically have an uncrowded private beach!

We have also added some little touches that make this property really special, such as the enormous 30 sq ft hot/cold outdoor shower on the back of the home, an open hot/cold outdoor shower on the front of the home, keyless entry, flat screen roku intelligent tv's throughout, stainless steel appliances, high speed internet, and a Le Blue hot/cold water tank that ensures great-tasting, completely pure, contaminant-complimentary water in BPA-complimentary bottles. A 5-gallon bottle is included with your stay, and additional water and midweek cleaning are available upon request at the time of booking.
