Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for painless beach access. Elevators (8 stair steps up to reach elevators) are available.

A-305 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Third Floor condo located in the Oceanfront Building A. The condo has vistas from the covered balcony located off the Living Room with Sleeper Couch and TV. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Kitchen has an Oven, Fridge, Microwave & Dishwasher. This condo is equipped with high-speed internet for your convenience!
