These condominiums offer great amenities that the whole family can appreciate! You will have access to the outdoor swimming pool (open during the season), tennis courts, outside grilles, and outside showers. Let's not forget the great vistas you will see staying at Pier Pointe Condominiums. You will see gorgeous vistas of the ocean and the sound. You can also take advantage of the oceanfront walkways with covered seating overlooking the ocean. Each building is 3 stories each with 6 condos per building. No elevators.

Pier Pointe 5B-3 is a gorgeously decorated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront condo. Bedroom # 1 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom # 2 has a twin over queen bunk with a twin trundle under the queen. Central Heat & Air. 2 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player, CD Player. Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer. Open Deck with Furnishings

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Morehead City area. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Morehead City restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.   • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
